Policies

1. Replacing Lost or Damaged Product

- PEST-BLOK will replace any product compromised during production at no cost.

- Shipping Damage: Products are insured by shipper. If product arrives damaged, immediately send photos to CustomerService@PEST-BLOK.com in order to start the claim process.

- Time is of the essence. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment. 

2. Returns

- Because the majority of PEST-BLOK products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns

3. Refunds

- Refunds will be given ONLY if product is NOT "custom", has NOT already been made, AND has NOT shipped

4. Shipping Time

- PEST-BLOK can ship most orders within 2-4 business days. Our office itself is open Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Eastern. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

- Larger orders may require longer processing times and may delay shipping times some.

5. Shipping Cost

- Pricing includes base shipping. Expedited shipping cost would be additional.
