1. Replacing Lost or Damaged Product

- PEST-BLOK will replace any product compromised during production at no cost.

- Shipping Damage: Products are insured by shipper. If product arrives damaged, send photos to PEST-BLOK in order to start the claim process.  Product will be replaced after claim is settled.

2. Returns

- Because the majority of PEST-BLOK products are "custom-made" to a customer's specifications, we do not accept returns

3. Refunds

- Refunds will be given ONLY if product is NOT "custom", AND, has NOT shipped

- Programming Fee for custom CNC work is NON-REFUNDABLE

4. Shipping Time

- PEST-BLOK can ship most orders within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Eastern, excluding holidays)

- Larger orders may require longer to ship.

5. Shipping Cost

- Pricing includes base shipping. Expedited shipping would be additional.
